Benjamin RENAUD is co-leader of the legal counsel department for social law made up of 5 attorneys. He takes care of labor law and, especially provides counsel regarding collective operations (collective agreement cases, restructuring, employment safeguard plans, mergers, audits for acquisitions, pay and insurance systems…) as well as social security law (URSSAF inspections, work-related accidents and professional illnesses, international mobility…).
Benjamin RENAUD began his career in 2000 at Mazars and Associates which then became Magellan.
He founded RENAUD Avocats in 2006.
